The apartments are set in lush landscaping; each has a private courtyard at the rear that allows you to create your own special garden as well as providing light and ventilation. Public space is an important element in our design, around the apartments there are extensive semi-public spaces, provided for residents and their guests. You will feel like you are living in a lush garden park. Landscaped spaces for children and families, free from vehicles, for leisure and wandering are key elements of the estate. Thus the paths serving the apartments are deliberately modest, to maximise the area for grass, numerous flowers, tropical plants and tall trees, while providing enough space for parking at the entrance.

The apartments share a welcoming lobby area, an open air lounge and café, a main restaurant, an adult 33 metre swimming pool and kid’s pool, as well as having access to the fitness centre and spa all in a lush landscaped setting.

The apartments are ‘low-energy’ through the use of sun-shading and high levels of thermal insulation, waste water will be filtered and reused for watering plants.
